Shots fired at polling station in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.NetShots were fired at a polling station in the village of Azatashen as are voting for new members of the parliament on Sunday, June 20, the police reports.

After a quarrel broke out between the representatives of Verelk and Prosperous parties, both running in elections, one of the participants in the brawl fired from a gas pistol.

The weapon was confiscated, an investigation is underway, the police said.
