Karabakh sappers find 673 Turkish, Israeli unexploded bomblets in Stepanakert

PanARMENIAN.Net – The Emergency Situations Service of (Nagorno-Karabakh) has found 673 Turkish and Israeli rocket-propelled grenades in Stepanakert, the capital, alone.

The Karabakh sappers continue to search for unexploded munitions fired by Azerbaijan and neutralize them.

Under the instruction of the rescue service director, Colonel Karen Sargsyan, the sappers have transported the unexploded ordnance outside the capital for safe disposal.

Azerbaijan, with help from Turkey and mercenaries deployed by Ankara, launched a large-scale offensive against Karabakh (Artsakh) in the morning of September 27, shelling Armenian positions and civilian settlements with large caliber weapons and rocket systems. and Karabakh have introduced martial law and total mobilization. The Armenian side has reported deaths and injuries both among the civilian population and the military.
