PanARMENIAN.Net – Acting Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has weighed in on former President Serzh Sargsyan’s recent interview about the Nagorno- negotiations, maintaining that it offers a good opportunity to “unlock new layers of content” from the peace process.
