PanARMENIAN.Net – Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said Wednesday, October 21 that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has no diplomatic solution at this stage as Azerbaijan says Baku is not ready for anything else but the capitulation of Karabakh.
“We must state that Azerbaijan does not agree with whatever we agree or will agree to, which shows that it is pointless to talk about a diplomatic solution, at least at this stage,” Pashinyan said in a live speech.
According to the PM, all the hopes and proposals seeking a diplomatic solution can be considered “gone”, because Azerbaijan is not ready to compromise.
Azerbaijan, with help from Turkey and Syrian and Libyan mercenaries deployed by Ankara, started a war against Karabakh (Artsakh) in the morning of September 27. The Armenian side has reported deaths and injuries both among the civilian population and the military. Foreign and local journalists too have been injured in Azeri shelling of towns and villages.
